We prefer to rent by the week. All rentals require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking with the rest due two weeks before arrival. **There is also a $150 cleaning/service fee that is required by our management company for checkin, check out, and post stay cleaning. Cleaning services are available during your stay, which you will negotiate with the housekeeping staff upon arrival.
